I dunno, maybe Heath Ledger doesn't suck after all...

Watched this Sunday. Whoa. Ledger pretty much owned this entire movie, and opened my eyes to the fact that Jack Nicholson's Joker was just Jack being Jack. I swear, that motherfucker's played himself for the last forty years. Anyway, The Dark Knight is, like some reviewers have said, not only a great comic book film, but just a great film period. I think I'm going to watch it again next Sunday. Highly recommended. Don't get smart with me, ceiling! |

It's funny that you say that about Jack, Balls. I watched the Bucket List with the wife a couple of weeks ago and I said the exact same thing. I doubt I'll see this one until it comes out on DVD. Finding a sitter for two is murder. EDIT: No less an authority than Morgan Freeman said that this would've been the role that catapulted Ledger into superstardom, you know, if not for the Olsen Twin curse and all.

I loved this movie even though I did have a few complaints.
But overall the movie was fairly epic and Ledger did a great job as the joker.
