| Is there anyway to switch the text input over to the old style PhpBB code? I'm just used to using it.  "you never show remorse, mercy or compassion for anything you post here." - Myndal

I've never seen this type of message input (the text reply box thats like a wordprocessor) I'm used to regular PhBB forums for posting. Or does this accept the codes too? Example: [img] a link to a picture of my ass hole [/img] to show a pic? "you never show remorse, mercy or compassion for anything you post here." - Myndal |

To manually input images you use just straight HTML code...
For example...
< img src= "http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v31/abefroman/2.jpg " >
Minus the spaces of course.

Thanks So, I guess the answer is NO That this forum accepts HTML code but not whatever the kind of code that is used in regular PHPbb's and that I'm stuck using this word processor interface that sucks balls but is user friendly, I will go now and actually take the time to read the fucking tutorial so I know how to post shit. like posting a link as a clickable single word instead of www.learningshitboresthefuckoutofme.com/images/crackwhoresuckingmydick.jpg "you never show remorse, mercy or compassion for anything you post here." - Myndal |

Are you using a browser such as Firefox or Netscape? If so, then yes, use HTML code. IE has quite a few built in functions that the others do not. Damn Microsoft.

What version of IE are you using? 
You should have an array of tools at your disposal.

I do, They are in the drawer next to the lube. I'm figuring this shit out, I just don't like this format and If possible you should give your users the option to switch to the regular format, - Also when you make a quote it should come up in the message input box, That way I have the option of changing shit around "you never show remorse, mercy or compassion for anything you post here." - Myndal |

Ok, when you are making a post...look at the bottom of the message box. You will have the option of "design" and "html" Click on HTML for manual coding, or click on design, and you will have different options available.
